Q. How long does it take for orders to ship?

A. All orders ship within 2-7 business days of the order being placed. All our products are made to order therefore multiple item orders may ship separately due to production times. Items ship out immediately once completed therefore, your items may arrive at different times. This is our way of lessening the burden on the environment by having less bulk inventory on hand that may never sell. 

 

Q. Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

A. Since all our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns at this time. By purchasing our products, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

 

Q. My size is sold out, what do I do?

A. Sign up for restock notifications on the page of the sold out item. We will email you as soon as the item restocks so you can be among the first to know!

 

Q. What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

A. Please send pictures as well as a description and order number to info@copperlayne.com within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. 

 

Q. How do I track my package?

A. The moment your item ships, you will be notified via the email address you provided on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam or junk folders as well as add info@copperlayne.com to your safe sender list.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes! Copper Layne ships internationally; shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping within Canada and the USA on every order.
