Shipping Policy

At Copper Layne, we do our best to process and ship our products within 2-7 business days. During peak times of the year such as holidays, our processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. Please allow up to 21 business days for international orders (outside Canada and the USA).

We ship worldwide with tracking and a flat rate shipping of $12 CA for international orders. All orders within Canada and the United States ship free, no minimum purchase necessary.

All our products are made to order therefore multiple item orders may ship separately due to production times. Items ship out immediately once they are completed therefore, your items may arrive separately. This is our way of lessening the burden on the environment by having less bulk inventory on hand that may never sell.

Copper Layne is NOT responsible for:
  • Delays with postal services and shipping carriers. Once an item is shipped, it is beyond our control and responsibility.
  • Lost, damaged, marked delivered or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier and start the process to file a claim.
  • Any additional taxes, duties or VAT charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please triple check that your shipping address is correct upon checkout. We do not offer cancellations therefore cannot guarantee an address change. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will require a reshipment fee at the buyers expense. Reshipment fees vary based on location of the buyer. 

If there is a problem with tracking, please allow up to 3 business days for it to update. Sometimes the tracking may show as pre-shipment or not update until it is at your local postal service yet it still arrives within the estimated delivery time.

Rare instances may occur where your package will show as delivered but your have not received your order. If this happens, contact your local postal service to investigate the issue and file a report if necessary. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
