Lost/Stolen Packages

When you place an order with Copper Layne, please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.


It is your responsibility to contact your delivery service to track down your package if you did not receive it and it’s marked as delivered. We have a few recommendations to help locate your items.

  • Confirm the shipping address you entered is correct.
  • Visit your local delivery service office with tracking handy to see where the courier dropped off your package.
  • Check with neighbours to see if your package was delivered to the wrong residence.
  • Sometimes delivery couriers will shield your package from plain sight so check all surrounding areas where they could possibly have concealed your package from prying eyes.
